About me
My background and my experiences
Who am I ?
In this section, I explain everything about my background and my experiences.
I am a former librarian with a master’s degree in modern literature and converted into digital communication and I discovered the job of community manager through my research in this vast digital world. In January 2020, I then threw myself into the deep end and obtained a diploma 15 months later.
I am passionate about culture (especially literature), travel, nature and board games. Walking and swimming are an opportunity for me to let off steam (and also a little video game from time to time). I am also interested in new forms of communication and the impact of new technologies on our societies.
Being a Community Manager is therefore an opportunity to participate in this change and put my skills at the service of future customers.
My qualities
Intellectual curiosity
A job such as Community Manager leads to looking for new things, to being interested in what surrounds us and always being up to date. For me, intellectual curiosity is essential to closely follow changes in a field.
Creativity
A catchy slogan, a fun drawing, a moving story… The Community Manager must take his audience behind the scenes of the organization he represents and make it attractive. I like touching different media, mixing them,… in short, creating inventive and dynamic content.
Listening
The relationship between the service provider and his client is based on attentive listening and consideration of his needs. Satisfactory and quality work must be based on trust and the exchange of ideas.
